01Who this covers
Peachbloom is a small London studio. We build independent products — currently JobVisaAI, with Empathy Up and Peach Theory in development. This page sets out the privacy commitments that apply across the whole studio, and explains what this website itself does with your data.
Each product collects different information to do its job — JobVisaAI handles CVs and eligibility checks, for example. So each product keeps its own detailed privacy policy covering exactly what it stores and why. When you use a product, that product's policy governs your data there.
This website, peachbloomgroup.com, is a static information site about the studio. It is not a product, and it works differently — see section 3.
02Our commitments, everywhere
These hold true for every Peachbloom product, not just this website:
- We never sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
- Your data is never used to train AI models. We only use AI providers on paid or enterprise tiers that contractually commit not to train on your inputs or outputs. Your content is processed to produce your result, then it's done.
- No tracking cookies, no cross-site trackers. Our products use only strictly necessary cookies where a feature genuinely needs one (such as keeping you signed in). This website uses none at all.
- Only what's needed, only as long as needed. We collect the minimum, keep it only as long as we need it, and give you control over it.
- Plain-English policies. Short enough to actually read. No buried clauses.
03What this website collects
Almost nothing. peachbloomgroup.com is a static site with no accounts, no sign-in, no forms, no analytics scripts, and no cookies. We don't profile you and we can't identify you from visiting.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These are held briefly and not used to identify or track you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests — keeping the site available, performing, and secure.
If you email us
If you write to hello@peachbloomgroup.com, we keep your message and address so we can reply and follow up. We don't add you to any marketing list. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests — responding to and managing your enquiry.
04Who handles data for us
We keep things lean — only two providers process any data on our behalf, each under a data processing agreement:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery, including the server logs above. Cloudflare runs a global network, so data may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States.
- Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation) — the email you send to our hello@ address. Depending on the data-centre region, your message may be stored within the EU.
International transfers
Where data is processed outside the UK, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards. Cloudflare relies on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with its certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (UK Extension). Zoho relies on its data processing agreement incorporating the UK International Data Transfer Addendum / Standard Contractual Clauses. Transfers to the EEA are covered by the UK's adequacy regulations. We don't share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.
05How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as we need it:
- Server logs — kept only briefly by our hosting provider, generally a matter of days to a few weeks, then deleted or aggregated.
- Email correspondence — kept while we deal with your enquiry and for up to 12 months afterwards in case you follow up, then deleted.
06Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, and you can object to processing or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. For data held by a specific product, the quickest route is that product's own privacy page; for anything else, email us.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
07Changes
If we update these commitments we'll change the date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect you will be made clear.
